Suspect (Now Dead) In Connection To Abduction Of 2 Missing Young Ladies Confirmed To Be Associated With A Human Organ Trafficking Ring.
Andrew Amaechi Ochekwo, the suspect who was detained in relation to the disappearances of Afiba Tandoh and Celine Ndudim, has passed away.
The suspect had declined to provide the locations of the two young women.
The duo were declared missing after they traveled from Port Harcourt, Rivers State to Aba in Abia State on April 27, 2024, to see Andrew after meeting him on Facebook.
Nigerian activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, who confirmed the latest development said the suspect was shot dead by vigilantes while being transported to Abuja from Abia State by police operatives.
“He was killed while trying to escape with his car. The whereabouts of Celine and Afiba are still unknown,” he continued.
Mr. Harrison went on to say that an organ harvesting syndicate is what Andrew is a part of, according to the police investigation.
