ECWA President Commends Kaduna Governor Uba Sani’s Inclusive Leadership

Rev. Dr. Ayuba Malam Job Bagat, President of Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), has praised the inclusive leadership style of Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani. During a courtesy visit to the governor, Rev. Bagat highlighted the administration’s commitment to embracing diversity and ensuring that all citizens feel valued and included.

“The governor’s inclusive leadership style and how he embraced diversity make everyone feel valued, comfortable, and welcomed in the state,” he stated.

Rev. Bagat also commended the governor’s collaboration with the Nigerian Army and his non-kinetic approach to addressing security challenges. He noted that these efforts have improved safety across the state, especially in urban areas, allowing residents to pursue their lawful activities without fear.

“This administration’s efforts have created a more favorable environment for businesses to thrive,” he added. “I believe that once you commit to sustaining this tempo, peace will permeate all nooks and crannies of the state in the near shortest possible time.”

Rev. Bagat expressed appreciation for the governor’s dedication to ensuring fairness and justice for all residents, particularly those in southern Kaduna, who he said had been neglected in previous administrations.

“By this, you have given succor to other parts of the state, such as the people of southern Kaduna,” he noted, commending the governor for upholding the terms of his oath of office.

In response, Governor Uba Sani thanked Rev. Bagat and the ECWA delegation for their visit and acknowledged the importance of their feedback. He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to treating all residents equally, regardless of their religious or ethnic backgrounds.

Since assuming office on May 29, 2023, the governor explained that his administration has prioritized the equitable siting of developmental projects across the state.

Governor Sani emphasized the critical role of peaceful coexistence in fostering progress. “Only in a calm environment can we achieve meaningful development,” he stated.
