President Tinubu Reaffirms Support for Nigerian Armed Forces

President Bola Tinubu has pledged his unwavering support for the Nigerian Armed Forces, commending their readiness to confront and defeat insurgents.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Armed Forces Headquarters complex in Abuja, Tinubu expressed pride in the military's cohesion and determination.

“I’m happy to say that the Nigerian Armed Forces are coercive, coherent, and ready to battle all sorts of insurgencies, and we will continue to win,” Tinubu declared.

The President extended his gratitude to the men and women in uniform and issued a stern warning to those challenging the military’s authority.

“I salute our men and women and I’m ready to back you. You never lost any battle; this one you will win and win again,” Tinubu added.  

President Tinubu also praised the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) for his vision in spearheading the development of modern barracks for the military.

“I commend our COAS for his foresight in developing the remarkable barracks for our courageous men and women,” he said.
