Gov. Sule Appoints Alfa Yusufu Tsenya as Executive Secretary of Nasarawa Christian Pilgrims Board

Governor Abdullahi Sule has approved the appointment of Mr. Alfa Yusufu Tsenya as the new Executive Secretary of the Nasarawa State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, following the end of tenure of Mr. David Ayewa.

The announcement was made public on Thursday via a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, PhD.

According to the SSG, the appointment is effective immediately and aligns with Governor Sule’s commitment to strengthening key institutions across Nasarawa State. The move is intended to enhance service delivery and governance efficiency within the state's religious and welfare sectors.

In a related development, Governor Sule has also appointed Yusuf Abdullahi Loko as a Special Adviser to the state government.

Both Tsenya and Loko are expected to be sworn in on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Government House in Lafia, the SSG confirmed.
